GeoMx

Seattle Biosoftware developed a custom data analysis software for the first-in-class spatial profiling microscope. We worked collaboratively with the customer to develop a powerful, interactive solution to enable scientists to gain new knowledge using this state-of-the-art system

PDX portal

Seattle Biosoftware designed and develoeed a portal for storing, searching and visualizations of data derived from PDX and other experimental models. The portal is used by scientists to help accelerate knowledge discovery by providing ability to access and share experimental data and analyses including expression, pathways, mutations, etc. of tens of thousands of samples.

Custom NGS processing

Seattle Biosoftware deseigned and created a custom solution for large scale NGS processing specific for the chemistry our customer uses. We developed a novel, patented, algorithm that can process billions of reads at a fraction of the time and cost that compated to an open source solution used previously. The overall gain in speed was over 1,200 fold, and the cost was reduced from over ten thousand dollars per sample to under $1.

Cloud NGS processing system

Seattle Biosoftware used internal framework to create a web-based solution for custom NGS sample processing. The system is scalable, handles millions of records, offers automated job handling, file selection and process automation including cost optimization. implemented solution allows customer to start a complex job that involves thousands of specific files and complex settings with just a few clicks. Users can instantly download processed data or easily find old results.

Interactive GWAS browser

Seattle Biosoftware designed and developed an interactive GWAS browser for a specific purpose of easily finding correlates of of the clinical phenotype studies. Our cloud-based solution allows easy access, custom data loading and user sharing.

Crowdsourcing training data

Seattle Biosoftware was implemented a solution for crowdsourcing training data for machine learning based endoscopy interpretation software. Customer wanted solution that is based on an existing open source program, but it was not supporting speed and load that was needed. We have modified this software, implemented it in the AWS cloud and pushed our code back to the git project for others to use.
